Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or correction.
If your purchase was a custom item, as many on this site are, pending a concern within the 30 day window you will be offered the option of correcting the concern, however full refunds will not be an option.
All custom jewelry has a 30 day guarantee. Should there be any type of defect within 30 days of your purchase, seller will fix the defect at no additional cost. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to return the item.
Absolute non-refundable items include:

All clothing items are custom items. No two items will be “exactly” alike or “perfectly” symmetrical. Clothing items are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. Items are protected from any lifts of any letters or images as a result of wash or wear. Recommended care should include inside/out wash and hang dry. Do not directly iron over any image or lettering.

In the event a return in granted we will require a photo of item be submitted with the request for return.
Please do not automatically send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of any potential refunds or additional funds due.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at uniqimpressions1976@gmail.com and we will send return address information.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If item is to be repaired, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to you as well unless otherwise agreed upon.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
