Shipping

All merchandise is carefully packaged and includes a receipt of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via ground service through USPS or UPS. Shipping and handling fees are included in the total shipping charge.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that customized items may require additional processing time. Jackets and other detailed items may take approximately 10–15 business days to produce.

Expedited shipping is available upon request. To arrange express delivery, please submit your request immediately after placing your order by emailing uniqimpressions1976@gmail.com.


Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email uniqimpressions1976@gmail.com with the reason for your request.

Please note:

  • Custom items are non-returnable unless there is an error in production.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once the return is received and inspected in good condition, a refund will be issued minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.


Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to a 7.25% sales tax.


Sales Terms

Many items offered by Uniq Impressions are one-of-a-kind designs. In rare instances, an item may be purchased by multiple customers before it is marked as sold on the website. If this occurs, you will be contacted promptly and offered either a comparable item or a full refund.


Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and offer a 100% guarantee on repairs for defects reported within 60 days of purchase.

If an item is found to be defective, we will repair it at no cost. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. Please contact us prior to sending any merchandise for repair.
